Executive Vice President

Denna Sandoval is a dynamic and results-driven professional with over 30 years of experience in the utility industry. Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas, Denna has a proven track record of success in executive leadership roles at Harris. Denna consistently demonstrates a strategic mindset and a passion for driving business growth while fostering employee and customer satisfaction.

Dragan Karanovic
VP of Operations

Dragan Karanovic is a collaborative and experienced executive with over 10 years of leadership involvement in various roles spanning the areas of research and development, client development, and support. His primary focus is on assisting customers in overcoming the challenges they face in everyday business.

Dragan’s career has been dedicated to business process engineering and optimization, with an emphasis on developing technology that intelligently manages workforce and asset handling. With his industry understanding, product knowledge, creativity, and interpersonal skills, Dragan has successfully designed, launched, and managed a suite of Enterprise Asset Management products over the past 17 years.

When he is not focused on delivering service to customers, Dragan enjoys spending time with his family, playing music, and playing soccer.

Michael Preradovic is a results-driven senior architect and technology leader approaching 20 years in the industry. Michael delivers a positive impact on the corporate bottom line by leveraging the latest technological advancements and development processes to both streamline and accelerate a company’s technology.

Arun Selvaraj
Director of Support

Arun Selvaraj draws on more than 15 years of experience with the ServiceLink product to solve complex customer challenges. Arun began his career as a software engineer and has grown into a trusted leader who works directly with clients to troubleshoot and optimize their systems. Known for his forward-thinking approach to product solutions and deep expertise in the utility space, Arun plays a key role in shaping ServiceLink’s support strategy. He holds a degree from Madurai Kamaraj University and began his professional journey as a project manager in India before moving to the U.S. in 2006 as a software consultant.

Don Sutter
Director of Professional Services

Don Sutter is a driven technical professional with exceptional leadership and 17 years of project management experience. His focus is on assisting customers through the hurdles of implementing workforce management systems.  With his 32 years of utility experience, he brings knowledge and guidance to our customers through the implementation process.

When he is not focused on implementations, Don enjoys spending time with his family, riding jet skis and playing golf.

Melanie Graham
Director of Research & Development

Melanie Graham is an experienced product and business analysis leader with over 20 years supporting complex operational systems and customer-focused delivery, including extensive work with utility organizations. Her background spans business analysis, software development, UI design, implementation, and application training, with a steady focus on turning real-world requirements into practical, workable solutions. Known for her strong communication and level-headed problem-solving, Melanie has led teams through major system deployments and process improvements across multiple industries. She recently joined the ServiceLink team as the head of the R&D department, continuing her work of driving clarity and execution in complex technical environments.

Wendall Welborn
Director of Sales & Marketing

Wendall Welborn has over a decade of experience in utility solutions, with 12 years focused on payment kiosks for the utility market. Known for his friendly, customer-first approach, he combines deep industry knowledge with a passion for simplifying processes and improving service. Wendall holds degrees in Coaching and Sports Administration and Paramedicine from the University of Southern Mississippi, and joined ServiceLink as Director of Sales and Marketing in January 2024.
