Denna Sandoval is a dynamic and results-driven professional with over 30 years of experience in the utility industry. Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas, Denna has a proven track record of success in executive leadership roles at Harris. Denna consistently demonstrates a strategic mindset and a passion for driving business growth while fostering employee and customer satisfaction.
Don Sutter is a driven technical professional with exceptional leadership and 17 years of project management experience. His focus is on assisting customers through the hurdles of implementing workforce management systems. With his 32 years of utility experience, he brings knowledge and guidance to our customers through the implementation process.
When he is not focused on implementations, Don enjoys spending time with his family, riding jet skis and playing golf.
Dragan Karanovic is a collaborative and experienced executive with over 10 years of leadership involvement in various roles spanning the areas of research and development, client development, and support. His primary focus is on assisting customers in overcoming the challenges they face in everyday business.
Dragan’s career has been dedicated to business process engineering and optimization, with an emphasis on developing technology that intelligently manages workforce and asset handling. With his industry understanding, product knowledge, creativity, and interpersonal skills, Dragan has successfully designed, launched, and managed a suite of Enterprise Asset Management products over the past 17 years.
When he is not focused on delivering service to customers, Dragan enjoys spending time with his family, playing music, and playing soccer.
Pavan Mungara is a Mechanical Engineering graduate with a diverse career path. He started as a design engineer in the petroleum industry for a year before transitioning to the software sector in India. Beginning as a QA engineer, Pavan worked with renowned organizations, including USAA Bank in San Antonio, TX.
Later, he spent five years contributing to the ServiceLink product at Itron in Spokane, WA, and continued his work with ServiceLink at Westcoast Labour Systems in Vancouver, BC. Since 2023, he has been part of the Harris Computers team, focusing on the ServiceLink product. Pavan’s professional journey has consistently revolved around ServiceLink, and he is eager to continue making an impact in this field.
Michael Preradovic is a results-driven senior architect and technology leader approaching 20 years in the industry. Michael delivers a positive impact on the corporate bottom line by leveraging the latest technological advancements and development processes to both streamline and accelerate a company’s technology.
Wendall Welborn holds a degree in Coaching and Sports Administration, along with a Paramedicine degree from the University of Southern Mississippi. Over the last 12 years, Wendall has focused on payment kiosks for the utility market. Wendall joined ServiceLink as the Director of Sales and Marketing in January 2024.
